Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new roofing customers through outbound calling, prospecting, and targeted sales activity. This role will focus on selling premium lead solutions to roofing companies, managing prospects through the sales pipeline, achieving monthly revenue targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable overcoming objections, highly self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales goals. Success in this role requires consistent daily activity, strong CRM discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
What We Offer
Base Salary: 50,000 annually.
Uncapped Performance Commission: Earnings increase as sales production increases.
Commission Structure: Commission is calculated based on qualifying Sales Volume and Net Roofing Revenue, less the monthly base pay threshold.
Illustrative Commission Rate: The current compensation plan provides a 7.5% example based on the existing $3,500 standard roofing sale structure; the actual assigned rate is established in the individual offer agreement.
On-Target Earnings: Approximately $78,000 annually based on the current role structure for year one. That said, commissions are uncapped and top performers can earn more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to roofing companies and qualified prospects nationwide.
Generate new business through assigned call lists, individual prospecting, and proactive hunting.
Sell premium lead-generation solutions by clearly communicating the company's value proposition and product offerings.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining responsibility for customer deposit amounts and overall sales volume.
Maintain a minimum of 3 hours of daily talk time and consistently meet established activity expectations.
Identify customer needs, overcome objections, negotiate solutions, and build trust throughout the sales process.
Demonstrate product value through phone calls, email, text, online demonstrations, and presentations.
Accurately document prospect and customer activity, sales information, and pipeline progress within the CRM.
Provide an effective handoff to Onboarding and Customer Success while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
2+ years of commission-based sales experience.
2+ years of CRM management experience, preferably within real estate, lead generation, roofing, or a related sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Confident, consultative approach to selling with strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Organized and disciplined, with the ability to effectively manage multiple prospects and sales activities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and committed to continuous improvement.
Able to spend extended periods on the phone using a headset, with access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
