Operations Virtual Assistant

Yokly is looking for an Operations Virtual Assistant who thinks in systems: SOPs that actually get followed, dashboards that actually get checked, processes that scale instead of breaking under growth. Here's what you're signing up for:

• Independent Contractor role, full-time.
• Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, lining up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients.
• Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always.
• Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Building, documenting, and improving SOPs — and making sure they're actually adopted, not just written and forgotten.
• Tracking projects and deliverables, managing follow-ups, and coordinating across teams and vendors.
• Supporting ticketing and incident operations when something needs fast, organized handling.
• Owning reporting and QA — dashboards, KPI trackers, data reconciliation, operational reports.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of virtual assistance experience.
• 1+ year in ops, EA, or admin support, with real process-documentation and cross-team coordination experience. SaaS or BPO background is a plus, not a requirement.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong Sheets/Excel skills — formulas, pivots, conditional formatting, the real thing.

Strong familiarity on the following applications:

• Google Workspace
• ClickUp / Asana / Notion / Airtable
• HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce
• Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, dashboards)
• Zapier, Go High Level or automation tools
• CRM and project management platforms
