Role snapshot
Intermediate individual-contributor role blending frontline technical support with customer and partner API implementation. The hire will support customers by phone, email, and chat while guiding integrations from configuration through testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
Ideal candidate profile
- 3+ years in API implementation, technical onboarding, SaaS support, or another client-facing technical role.
- Hands-on REST APIs, JSON, authentication/OAuth, webhooks, Postman, and OpenAPI.
- Can test APIs, inspect logs/payloads, isolate root causes, and clearly document reproduction steps.
- Comfortable guiding both technical and business stakeholders through an integration.
- Strong customer support ownership across phone, email, and live chat.
- Organized enough to balance queue coverage, multiple implementations, documentation, and follow-ups.
- AI experience: able to test/refine prompts, agents, or automated workflows and monitor quality.
Preferred background
- Fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Payment workflows: transaction processing, reconciliation, international payments, KYC, business verification. API monitoring, SQL, scripting, developer tools, middleware, or automation platforms.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and writing high-quality technical issue reports or implementation documentation.
