Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily business operations using the Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and maintaining Odoo modules, assisting with data management, generating reports, and supporting internal teams with system-related tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in working with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, while supporting remote teams and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain daily operations within the Odoo ERP system.
Assist with data entry, updates, and management across Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Projects.
Create and manage customers, vendors, products, and service records in the system.
Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysisusing Odoo tools.
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking transactions within the platform.
Provide technical and user support for team members using Odoo.
Help configure workflows, automations, and basic system settings when required.
Maintain data accuracy, system organization, and documentation.
Assist with integration of Odoo with other tools such as email platforms, CRMs, or project management systems.
Identify system issues and coordinate with developers or IT teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
Document processes, user guides, and system procedures related to Odoo usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Odoo ERP as a Virtual Assistant, Administrator, or Support Specialist.
Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or Project Management.
Experience with data management, reporting, and workflow automation within Odoo.
Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and support team members.
Familiarity with business processes such as sales, invoicing, inventory, or operations.
Excellent communication skills, especially when assisting non-technical users.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
