Job Description

We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Developer – Implementation with strong hands-on experience in NICE InContact/NICE CXone, RESTful APIs, and NICE CXone Studio scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting IVR and contact center solutions.

Required Skills

Strong experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone
Hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting
Strong experience with RESTful Web Services / APIs
Experience developing and implementing IVR flows and call flows
Experience with Contact Center dashboards and reporting
Experience with Skills-Based Routing
Cisco to CCaaS migration experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and conflict-management skills

Responsibilities

Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
Design, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IVR flows.
Develop and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts.
Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations.
Develop call flows and backend REST API integrations.
Configure and support skills-based routing.
Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Work with architecture and technical teams on integrations.
Provide technical guidance as a NICE CXone SME.
