Nearshore Sales ManagerMADIFF Polska | Full time | Remote Target markets: UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Northern Europe and the USA About the roleWe are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow Madiff’s international IT contracting and staff augmentation business. Your priority will be winning new clients, placing IT consultants and expanding accounts to generate recurring revenue. You will sell individual specialists, dedicated teams and nearshore delivery capacity across software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps and AI. This is a hands on sales role with direct responsibility for new business, revenue and gross margin. You must be comfortable prospecting, opening doors, negotiating contracts and turning client requirements into consultant starts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the international sales strategy for IT contracting and nearshore services.
• Win new clients and secure supplier agreements with enterprise organisations, technology businesses and consulting partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, contract signature and consultant onboarding.
• Sell IT staff augmentation, Time and Material engagements and dedicated development teams.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, hiring managers and procurement teams.
• Convert initial placements into larger accounts through additional teams, departments and locations.
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery to qualify requirements, secure suitable candidates and convert submissions into starts.
• Work with leadership to develop the sales function and build a team as the business grows.

Requirements

• Proven success in international IT contracting, staff augmentation or nearshore services sales.
• Experience as a Sales Manager, Senior Business Manager or at a comparable commercial level.
• A demonstrable record of winning new accounts and growing the number of consultants billing within them.
• Experience selling delivery from nearshore or offshore locations into the target markets.
• Strong understanding of contractor rates, gross margins, recruitment lead times, utilisation and contract extensions.
• Experience negotiating framework agreements and navigating supplier onboarding and procurement processes.
• An established network of relevant technology buyers and hiring decision makers.
• Fluent English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
