Myna Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare and Dental

About Myna

Myna is the AI coworker for front desk operations at multi-location healthcare and dental brands. She answers every call, identifies the patient, asks the right screening questions, negotiates a time that works, and confirms by text — so practices can book appointments, deflect routine calls, and improve access to care without adding front desk staff.

Myna runs across every location, carries brand and location context into every conversation, and works alongside Birdeye's marketing and CX coworkers — so the same platform that gets a patient to call, gets them booked.

Myna runs on BirdAI, the Agent OS built on 13 years of multi-location data infrastructure and 3,000+ integrations across EHRs, PMSs, and CRMs. Myna is an AI-native company funded by Birdeye. Learn more at.

About the role

We’re looking for a proven Account Executive to join our Myna sales team. Myna is Birdeye’s AI Coworker built for healthcare and dental—helping organizations transform their front desk with AI-powered voice technology. We’re looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help healthcare and dental organizations adopt Myna to improve patient access, increase appointment volume, and reduce administrative workload.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the process from prospecting through close. You’ll engage healthcare leaders, uncover operational challenges, demonstrate the value of Myna, and build relationships with decision-makers across the organization.

If you’re energized by AI, Voice technology, and selling innovative solutions that solve real business problems, and you’re motivated by exceeding quota—not just hitting it—we’d love to talk.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
• Prospect into healthcare and dental organizations and build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Conduct compelling virtual demos of Myna and clearly articulate its business impact
• Engage with healthcare executives and operational leaders to understand their challenges around patient calls, scheduling, staffing, and front-desk efficiency
• Translate customer pain points into compelling AI and Voice solutions
• Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information in Salesforce
• Leverage data, research, and creative prospecting strategies to identify and engage high-value accounts
• Use rejection as fuel—staying persistent, adaptable, and focused on winning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, Voice AI, healthcare technology, or other emerging technology solutions strongly preferred
• Experience selling into healthcare or dental organizations is a plus
• Demonstrated success selling to executive-level decision makers
• Experience conducting virtual product demonstrations and managing a full sales cycle
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business pain and build a compelling ROI case
• Highly motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Ability to learn and confidently sell complex, evolving technology

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience selling Voice AI or conversational AI
• Experience selling AI solutions into healthcare or dental
• Existing relationships with healthcare executives or decision-makers
• Experience selling an emerging technology category where you had to educate the market and create demand
• A track record of being a top performer, supported by awards, rankings, attainment, or other measurable accomplishments
