3. Support and documentation• Provide technical input and support for ongoing integration delivery and maintenance.• Contribute to documentation of integration architecture and standards.• Act as a reliable, hands-on escalation point for production integration incidents, triage errors across queues and APIs.• Monitor API runtime health, error queues, and throughput using MuleSoft Monitoring, proactively diagnosing bottlenecks and integration exceptions.• Maintain clear, up-to-date integration flow diagrams, field mapping sheets, and operational support runbooks to aid quick troubleshooting and incident resolution.• Adhere to strict data security, encryption, and GDPR standards, ensuring sensitive customer is handled securely across all interfaces.
Desirable• MuleSoft certification (for example Anypoint Platform Developer).• Experience integrating manufacturing, IoT or telemetry systems.• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with an appreciation of ETL and direct database integration pipelines.• Familiarity with message broker and queue technologies.• Experience working in an Agile delivery team alongside a Technical Delivery Manager and dedicated QA / Test Analyst.• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines for integration runtimes (e.g.Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
