What is your new project?

Our client builds and grows mobile apps used by millions of people worldwide. Their apps are primarily monetized through in-app advertising, so every UA decision is judged on real ad revenue per user, not vanity installs. We move fast, run on data, and give UA managers real budgets and real ownership.

What makes this project exciting?

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior UA Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across our mobile portfolio. You’ll manage significant daily budgets across Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity and other networks, with one clear goal: profitable growth measured by ROAS. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on company revenue and a short path from idea to live test.

What makes you a great fit

3+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience (5+ years for Senior)
Proven track record managing significant budgets on at least two of: Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity
Deep understanding of ROAS-based bidding (tROAS, AEO/VO, CPI/CPE) and cohort-based KPIs
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar)
Ownership mindset: you treat the budget like your own money
Excellent English, written and spoken

Experience in mobile gaming or adtech companies
Experience growing apps monetized mainly through in-app ads (IAA) or hybrid models, not only IAP
⁠Understanding of ad monetization: mediation, eCPM, ARPDAU and how they drive LTV and ROAS
Hands-on experience with AppLovin and Mintegral at scale
SQL skills (Snowflake, BigQuery or similar)
⁠Experience launching new networks and geos from zero
Experience with creative testing frameworks and working with creative teams

Your day-to-day in this position

Plan, launch and optimize mobile UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity and additional networks (Google App Campaigns, ironSource, Moloco, Liftoff, DSPs)
Own budgets and hit ROAS targets (D0/D3/D7) by managing tROAS bids, daily caps and budgets at campaign and country level
Scale winners and cut losers fast, based on trends and total profit, not single-day noise
Build and run a structured testing roadmap: new networks, geos, bidding strategies, audiences and creatives
⁠Work closely with the Creative team on briefs, concepts and creative performance analysis
Partner with Data and Monetization teams to connect UA cost with ad revenue (eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV curves)
Analyze performance in SQL and BI dashboards, and spot issues before they cost money
Manage relationships with network account managers and push for betas, better terms and support
Report weekly to management on spend, ROAS, learnings and next steps
