We are looking for a Mobile Growth & User Acquisition Specialist to manage post-sales client relationships and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile applications across international markets.
The role combines hands-on Apple Search Ads campaign management, mobile growth optimization, client onboarding, and AI-powered performance analysis. You will work closely with clients, review AI-generated recommendations, provide strategic feedback, and help improve the platform’s models and outputs.
Your Duties

Lead client onboarding calls and guide clients through connecting Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console accounts.
Set up Slack communication channels and maintain consistent client communication.
Manage ongoing client relationships through regular communication and recurring strategy and reporting calls.
Plan, launch, and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns for mobile applications.
Develop keyword bidding strategies, manage campaign structures, and optimize targeting.
Identify new keywords and opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency.
Monitor and optimize CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, budgets, and other relevant app-growth KPIs.
Execute user acquisition strategies across international growth markets.
Develop hypotheses for creative A/B tests and oversee Custom Product Page and store experiment setups.
Establish and monitor routines for budget pacing, campaign scaling, and performance tracking.
Review and quality-check AI-generated audit reports, performance summaries, and recommendations.
Correct AI-generated outputs and identify missing insights or strategic opportunities.
Document detailed feedback to support continuous improvement and training of AI models.
Collaborate with product and AI engineering teams by providing practical user acquisition and product insights.
Identify and prioritize low-risk, high-impact growth opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition and performance marketing for mobile applications.
Strong practical experience with Apple Search Ads.
Experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns, including keyword bidding, targeting, campaign structure, and optimization.
Strong understanding of mobile app performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CVR, and LTV.
Experience working with international markets and scaling user acquisition campaigns.
Analytical and pragmatic approach to decision-making.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact, low-risk actions.
Fluent English and confidence communicating directly with clients in calls and written communication.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring client responsibilities independently.
