About this role

We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for our client, a fintech company from San Francisco. You'll own deals from qualified opportunity to signed contract, working closely with the Head of Sales. Leads come to you from marketing and a dedicated SDR, so your focus is discovery, proposals and closing. This is a full-time, fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the US (Eastern and Pacific time zones preferred).

What you'll do

Run the sales cycle with mid-market RIA and wealth management firms, with deals typically between $25K and $100K ACV and closing in 60 to 90 days
Lead discovery calls that get to each firm's real pain points, compliance pressures and growth goals
Work with a Solutions Consultant on product demos, and handle common objections yourself
Build tailored pricing proposals and negotiate terms within agreed guidelines
Keep a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot and forecast reliably
Manage a healthy number of deals at once and keep each one moving
Hand closed deals over to Customer Success with full context

You may be a fit if

You have 3+ years as a full-cycle Account Executive closing mid-market SaaS deals in the $25K to $100K ACV range
You have 2+ years selling in wealth management, financial services or fintech, and you're comfortable talking about RIAs, custodians, compliance and fiduciary duty
You've hit 90%+ of quota for at least one full year and can show it
You keep your CRM accurate without being asked and your forecasts hold up
You sell by listening and asking good questions, not by pushing features
You've worked at a small or growth-stage company (under 100 people) and don't need a polished playbook
You write well and are used to working remotely

Nice to have

Direct experience selling to RIAs, broker-dealers or wealth management platforms
Existing relationships with CCOs, COOs, principals or operations leads at advisory firms
MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler or similar sales training
Experience selling into custodian ecosystems (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo
