Mid-Market Account Executive

Ever rented an apartment? RentEngine makes it faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 40 states rely on RentEngine every day. We launched in 2025 and are growing by 20%/month with a team of 15. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog) Now we're hiring to build even faster.This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting and running outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers
• Running 1:1 demos and closing net-new accounts
• Managing a pipeline with velocity—our sales cycle is short
• Driving deals that bring in 5,000+ units/month

What Success Looks Like

• First 4 weeks: Cold outreach & pipeline building
• Weeks 5–8: Shadowing demos + running your own follow-ups
• Weeks 8–12: Running full deals on SMB targets
• Post-90 days: Owning a monthly quota, closing both inbound + outbound

You’re a Fit If

• You’ve sold SaaS before (2+ year minimum)
• You’re confident in cold outreach and know how to follow up
• You love clear targets and fast feedback
• You don’t wait to be told what to do—you drive the process
• Real estate/property management experience = bonus
• Experience w/ mid-market deal cycles

Compensation

• Base + uncapped commission
• $100k base/$250k OTE
• Employee-sponsored health insurance
• Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)
• Equity
