Mid-Level Project Manager-PH

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking to add an experienced Mid-Level Project Manager to our growing project management team. This role will oversee all touchpoints throughout the projects including timelines, budgets, schedules, assets, and communication. This person must be able to thrive in a collaborative environment, and partner with talented cross-discipline teams driven to build innovative experiences for our industry-leading clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• demonstrate great communication and relationship management skills
• scope and manage complex digital projects for global technology brands, leading B2B companies, and ambitious startups
• serve as a strategic leader from project kick-off to delivery, advocating for both client and user needs
• lead discussions and presentations, conveying the power and thought behind design decisions
• build strong relationships with clients and be seen as a go-to for problem-solving and ideation
• identify efficiencies and challenges to improve processes on future projects
• perform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

On day one, we'll expect you to...

• have 2+ years of experience at a digital agency
• have experience managing scopes, timelines, schedules, financials, and resources for projects
• have proven track record of managing complex digital projects
• have a player/coach mentality who is open to different points of view
• be collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• have the ability to process information quickly as well as deliver it concisely in both small and large group settings
• have the ability to work under tight deadlines, facilitate rapid changes in real-time, and prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
• have a fundamental understanding of web design/development, user experience, graphic design, motion graphics, and content creation
• have the ability to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and client-side marketing teams
• have the ability to mitigate and escalate any project risks
• have the ability to communicate and articulate complex digital projects to a variety of audiences
• have exceptional communication skills
• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
• be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
• be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 12:00am -9:00am PH time
• be a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work from there
