The Role

Our Client is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join their Traffic Acquisition team. This role supports the full marketing cycle—spanning media buying, traffic acquisition, media sales, and partnerships.

Reporting directly to the leader responsible for Adult Traffic Acquisition and collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing Growth, the successful candidate will help scale Our Client's existing affiliate business and unlock new revenue and traffic partnerships. Beyond account management, the candidate will bring a sharp commercial understanding of affiliate, traffic, and performance marketing from both a sales and media buying perspective.

• Position Type: Mid-Level / Fully Remote
• Scope of Role: Support traffic growth across Our Client's existing Media Buying function, with a primary focus on developing and growing the Media Sales & Business Development side of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build the Commercial Pipeline: Prospect, conduct outreach, pitch, and convert advertisers, agencies, publishers, affiliates, and other partners into active revenue and distribution partnerships for Our Client.
• Negotiate Deals & Tailored Proposals: Develop media packages tailored around partner objectives, GEOs, audiences, and inventory. Agree on pricing, volumes, placements, test budgets, and commercial terms across CPA/PPS, Revenue Share, CPM, CPC, and hybrid models.
• Support Media Buying: Manage campaign setup, targeting, placements, bidding, budgets, and optimization. Research and test new traffic sources, publishers, and acquisition channels.
• Optimize the Full Funnel: Drive engagement across the entire buyer journey (Impression Click Registration Engagement Buyer Repeat Purchase). Track key metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, revenue, retention, and LTV.
• Turn Data into Action: Analyze performance across affiliates, sources, campaigns, GEOs, placements, audiences, creatives, and funnels to determine what to scale, optimize, reduce, or pause.
• Improve Conversion: Collaborate with Product, BI, Creative, and Engineering teams on tailored funnels, landing pages, offers, creatives, paywalls, checkouts, and tracking. Execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, funnels, offers, audiences, and placements.
• Grow Partnership Value: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Continually improve partner management, reporting, prospecting, media buying, and sales workflows.
• Expand Commercial Reach: Represent Our Client at major international conferences. Research markets, monetization, distribution, and partnership models that drive incremental traffic, users, and revenue.

What Our Client Is Looking For

Experience & Hard Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, media sales, and traffic acquisition.
• Proven track record of growing affiliate relationships through account management and new partner acquisition, supported by strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA/PPS, and Revenue Share models within subscription businesses, across channels including affiliates, display/native, paid social, and SEO.
• Analytical approach to performance metrics (CPA, CAC, CVR, ROAS, LTV, retention, revenue) with the ability to diagnose underperformance and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with Everflow (or similar tracking platforms), alongside strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and campaign monitoring.

• Experience in adult, dating subscription, creator economy, or high-volume performance marketing verticals, including self-serve media buying and media sales.
• Familiarity with S2S postbacks, tracking parameters, attribution, pixels, ad servers, and conversion-event setups.
• Proven ability to resolve tracking discrepancies, attribution issues, ad fraud, traffic-quality issues, and volume drops.
• Experience scaling an early/mid-stage affiliate program, backed by strong funnel optimization and A/B testing skills.
• Expertise in subscription economics, including first-purchase revenue, repeat revenue, retention, and LTV.
• Knowledge of fraud detection, traffic-quality monitoring, and API-based traffic or lead distribution systems.
• An established existing network of affiliates, publishers, traffic sources, or industry contacts.
