Meta Media Buyer - Performance Marketing

We're Jello. We run paid social for a small group of brands we actually believe in — we're a Meta and Google Premier Partner, and we've put more than $50M through ad accounts learning what makes people stop, click, and convert. We work with a handful of partners at a time, so there's nowhere to hide: every campaign has to perform. We're looking for a Meta buyer with experience on EU or USA markets to own the paid side of some of our sharpest work, someone who can take a target and a deadline and hit both.

Tasks

• Own Meta campaigns end to end: build, launch, scale, and land them on target and on time
• Optimise toward what actually matters: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS against real revenue
• Run tight testing across audiences, angles, and formats and know when to kill and when to scale hard
• Manage pacing and budget across short, high-tempo windows where timing is everything
• Turn performance signals into creative direction, you tell the design team what the data wants next

Requirements

• Several years buying on Meta, with serious spend behind you (tell us the monthly budgets you've run)
• A strong track record with lead-gen and conversion campaigns - the harder the target, the better
• Genuinely data-led: you make calls on numbers, not vibes
• Self-directed enough to own a campaign with almost no oversight - this isn't a role we'll manage day to day
• You know what's working on Meta right now, not what worked in 2023
• Conversational English is mandatory, Italian nice to have, not mandatory
• Experience with fast-turnaround campaigns or time-sensitive launches
• Comfort working alongside an AI-native creative pipeline that tests more, faster
