Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with 2–4+ years of experience managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and scaling campaigns across digital advertising channels, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential for this role. You should be comfortable managing advertising budgets, analysing campaign performance, testing creative and audience strategies, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, and optimisation.
• Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives.
• Conduct ongoing audience, placement, creative, and offer testing to improve campaign performance.
• Build and manage A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance and efficiency.
• Analyse campaign data and translate insights into clear optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging.
• Monitor creative performance and identify when new creative variations or angles are required.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on performance.
• Implement and monitor retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting results, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed about changes to Meta advertising features, algorithms, policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional media buying or paid social advertising experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads is required.
• Proven experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, bidding, and budget optimisation.
• Experience analysing paid media performance and optimising campaigns based on data.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Experience with campaign testing, creative testing, and audience experimentation.
• Comfortable managing and scaling advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a performance-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience working with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response campaigns.
• Familiarity with tracking, attribution, pixels, Conversion API, and analytics platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or performance marketing environment.
