Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Meta Ads Manager to spearhead lead generation efforts for a rapidly expanding UK-based agency. This is not a generalist media buying role; it is a specialist position for a technical expert who lives and breathes the Meta Ads ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads for clients in the renewable energy sector, ensuring maximum ROI through data-driven optimization and strategic scaling. As the agency grows, this role offers a direct path toward leadership as Head of Paid Media for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end execution of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, from initial setup to advanced scaling.
Monitor account performance daily, making proactive adjustments to campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and lead funnels to ensure lead quality remains high.
Manage conversion tracking, including Pixel setup, Conversion API (CAPI), and UTM tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and landing page elements to combat creative fatigue and audience saturation.
Manage client accounts independently, providing strategic insights and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to align campaign messaging with client goals.
Oversee lead flow integration between Meta Ads, GoHighLevel CRM, and third-party automation tools.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) at scale.
Proven track record in Lead Generation (not E-commerce) within sectors such as Renewable Energy, Home Services, Real Estate, or B2B.
Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+ features, horizontal/vertical scaling, and CPL/CPM/CTR analysis.
Deep technical knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution settings, and API integrations.
Experience building and optimizing landing pages with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Leadership experience with the ability to own client results and make high-level strategic decisions independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and an agency-growth mindset.
