Media Buyer Objectives

• Own paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels for a portfolio of consumer brands
• Launch, scale, and optimize campaigns against ROAS, CAC, and MER targets
• Lead structured creative testing programs in partnership with creative strategists and designers
• Build clear, executive-level reporting on spend, performance, and insights

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years managing paid social and paid search budgets with real revenue accountability
• Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads; programmatic a plus
• Analytical and data-driven: you live in dashboards and make decisions from numbers
• Proven track record scaling accounts profitably
• Comfortable owning client communication on performance
