Position Summary – Flexible, High-Impact Premium Remote Academic Role

The Online Educator (LINC Fellow) functions as an independent academic contributor with LINC Education, delivering online facilitation services to postgraduate students enrolled in theMaster of Mental Health(Online)offered byVictoria University Online. The programs are delivered in innovative formats such as Victoria University’s block model, where students complete one unit in intensive 8-week blocks.

What’s on offer?

Selected applicants will be engaged as independent contractors and will be offered a competitive fixed remuneration of $6800 to manage a class of approximately 25 students. Further upsides are available based on larger batch sizes as well as achievement-related increments of up to 20%.

Availability Requirement

The candidate is expected to be available between5 pm - 10 pm Melbourne time, 7 days a week, during which they may put in 1-2 hours of work based on student needs and marking load.
