We are looking for a proactive, creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns for an established Australian technology business.

This is a hands-on, internal-facing role focused on translating marketing strategy into impactful campaigns across paid advertising, HubSpot, content creation, digital marketing, events and technology partner programs.

Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership, you will take ownership of campaign execution, marketing automation, creative production and performance reporting. You will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, generating qualified leads and ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable commercial results.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to recommend campaign improvements while maintaining established brand standards and business objectives.

Ideal Profile

Essential Experience & Skills

Approximately 5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot, including campaign execution, marketing automation, lead nurturing and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of paid digital marketing, campaign attribution, return on investment (ROI) and sales pipeline contribution.
Demonstrated experience executing end-to-end, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, from planning and launch through to performance analysis and optimisation.
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools to create professional, engaging and brand-consistent marketing assets.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content for digital campaigns, email marketing, social media and sales collateral.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and commercial awareness, with the ability to translate marketing performance data into actionable recommendations.
Confidence communicating campaign outcomes, opportunities and challenges to senior leadership.
A proactive, resourceful and self-directed approach, with the initiative to identify opportunities, recommend improvements and adapt campaign strategies.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to accountability, continuous learning and high-quality work.

Nice to Have

Experience in a managed IT services provider (MSP), technology company or B2B professional services environment.
Familiarity with Google Ads, ConnectWise, website content management systems and marketing analytics platforms.
Experience coordinating co-branded marketing campaigns with technology vendors, distributors and strategic partners.
Knowledge of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs, including campaign eligibility, claims management and budget reconciliation.
Experience supporting industry events, networking initiatives, sponsorships and partner marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

Plan, develop, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media, content marketing and events.
Translate strategic marketing priorities into coordinated campaigns aligned with established brand guidelines, target audiences and commercial objectives.
Maintain a structured marketing calendar to ensure consistent campaign execution and delivery.
Track campaign expenditure, audience engagement, lead generation, attribution, ROI and pipeline contribution.
Analyse campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to messaging, channels and overall performance.

Marketing Automation & HubSpot

Develop and manage HubSpot workflows, automated email sequences, landing pages, forms, lead generation initiatives and nurture campaigns.
Maintain accurate, segmented and well-structured marketing databases aligned with campaign objectives and the sales funnel.
Integrate paid advertising activity with HubSpot to enable reliable campaign tracking, attribution and performance reporting.
Continuously improve marketing automation processes, data quality and campaign reporting capabilities.

Paid Media, Content & Creative

Manage and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximise engagement, lead quality and marketing ROI.
Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets for digital advertising, email campaigns, social media, events, printed materials and sponsorship initiatives.
Develop engaging marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, blog articles, case studies, sales presentations and campaign collateral.
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, search visibility and alignment with active marketing campaigns.
Ensure all marketing materials reflect the organisation's brand identity, positioning and communication standards.

Events, Partners & MDF Programs

Coordinate marketing activities for events, including promotional campaigns, event materials, logistics and remote delivery support.
Collaborate with technology vendors, distributors and strategic partners to execute joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) activities, including campaign planning, eligibility requirements, claims, deliverables and expenditure reconciliation.
Identify opportunities to leverage partner relationships and vendor resources to strengthen campaign reach and commercial outcomes.
Ensure events and partner marketing programs remain aligned with broader marketing priorities and business objectives.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Prepare clear, actionable marketing performance reports for the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership.
Monitor and communicate campaign progress, budgets, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI and sales pipeline contribution.
Maintain reliable marketing dashboards using HubSpot, ConnectWise and other relevant analytics platforms.
Provide proactive updates on campaign performance, risks, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with sales and service teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and support effective lead handover.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to support marketing decisions and continuous performance improvement.
