Marketing Lead Solid Tumors, Germany

Reporting to the Franchise Head Solid Tumors, the Marketing Lead Solid Tumors is accountable for maximizing the performance of BeOne's Solid Tumor portfolio in Germany. The role owns the portfolio and brand strategy, leads the brand planning and go-to-market process, and drives execution against agreed commercial objectives, budgets and performance indicators. As leader of a small marketing team of 1-2 direct reports, the Marketing Lead sets priorities, develops talent and creates a high-performance, collaborative culture across the franchise.

Essential Functions of Job:

• Own the Solid Tumor portfolio and brand strategy for Germany, translating global direction and market insights into clear national priorities, launch plans and measurable objectives.
• Lead the cross-functional brand planning process and ensure aligned execution with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging and customer-centric omnichannel campaigns, including promotional materials and field-force tools, in line with applicable standards and regulations.
• Generate and apply market, customer and competitor insights through market research, advisory boards, analytics and field feedback to inform decisions and optimize impact.
• Lead launch readiness and lifecycle planning for current and future Solid Tumor indications, identifying risks, opportunities and required capabilities early.
• Own brand budgets, agency and vendor management, resource allocation and performance tracking, ensuring disciplined investment and delivery against commercial goals.
• Enable execution through regular communication, training and updates for Key Account Managers and other customer-facing teams.
• Lead, coach and develop 1-2 direct reports by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing feedback, managing performance and supporting career development.
• Create a focused, accountable and collaborative team environment; prioritize work across the team and build marketing capabilities for future portfolio growth.
• Keep management informed of material market and competitor developments, represent the franchise at relevant national and international meetings, and consistently operate with patients at the center and in accordance with BeOne standards, local laws and regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership responsibility for 1-2 marketing team members, with potential expansion aligned to portfolio and pipeline growth.
• Accountable for objective setting, performance management, coaching, development, succession planning and talent retention.
• Ensures clear roles, effective prioritization and strong collaboration within the team and across the franchise.

Qualifications:

• Life sciences degree or comparable scientific education; advanced business qualification is an advantage.
• +7 years of relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including substantial marketing and brand leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the German oncology market; Solid Tumor and lung cancer experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in launch preparation, strategic brand planning, omnichannel execution, budget management and performance tracking.
• People leadership experience, or strong evidence of readiness to lead, coach and develop a small team.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into focused execution in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial judgment, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a high level of accountability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.

Other Qualifications:

Additional major European language is an advantage.

Travel:

Approximately 25% of time.

Salary Range Germany: 105,600.00 EUR - 132,000.00 EUR
