✍ Short Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to support day-to-day marketing execution across paid media, CRM, content, and digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between different areas of marketing rather than specializing in a single channel. You will support Meta and Google Ads campaigns, help manage HubSpot, contribute to content and reporting, and use AI tools to work faster and more efficiently. The role suits someone organized and proactive who can take on tasks outside their exact specialty and figure out what needs to happen next.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Support Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.

• Manage HubSpot tasks such as CRM updates, contact and data management, email campaigns, workflows, and basic automations.

• Track performance across marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.

• Support content creation, marketing research, and general marketing initiatives as needed.

• Use AI tools such as Claude and Codex for research, content, reporting, analysis, and workflow improvement.

• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple channels and projects.

• Maintain organized marketing processes and documentation, and suggest ways to improve efficiency.

💡 Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Working knowledge of HubSpot (intermediate level), including CRM, email, and basic workflows.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or Codex as part of everyday work.

• Experience across multiple marketing areas, such as paid media, CRM, content, email, and reporting.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

• Agency or multi-client experience, GA4, Looker Studio, SEO, content marketing, or conversion optimization.
