Located in Seattle, SkinnyDipped was founded by a mom, her daughter, and two best friends after realizing that nothing is more important than time spent with the ones you love. Starting out of their kitchen, the four women created SkinnyDipped: thinly dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, roll-up-your-sleeves Marketing Coordinator to support our lean, mighty, and fast-moving marketing team. This is the ultimate ‘get-your-hands-dirty’ role for someone eager to grow their career in marketing.

You’ll be at the center of the action - supporting events, coordinating major trade shows, sourcing and managing vendors, ordering merch, and everything in between. One day you might be coordinating a demo tour, and the next you’re helping prep for a major partnership or activation. What You’ll Do

Be the Right Hand of the Marketing Team

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows - including budgeting, booth logistics, timeline management, and on-site support from setup to takedown.
• Manage the logistics and scheduling for retailer demos and sampling events across the country.
• Support brand activations, influencer events, and partnerships - coordinating timelines, sourcing furniture, branded materials etc.. working with vendors and ensuring seamless on-site execution.
• Manage and train a team of Brand Ambassadors on an as-needed basis
• Coordinating influencer mailers including everything from managing vendors and working with operations on shipment details through to coordinating timelines for branded collateral and list management.
• Keep our merch machine running by managing inventory and coordinating orders
• Handle day-to-day marketing operations, from placing print orders to fulfilling sampling requests and shipping boxes.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and agencies, helping to keep projects on track and communication flowing.
• Coordinate with our Creative Director to ensure design needs and marketing orders are executed without a hitch.
• Manage coupon setup and support retail launches by collaborating with our Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Assist with website updates and maintenance, like homepage swaps and campaign page builds.
• Assist with content syndication across retailer sites
• Set up email and SMS campaigns, as needed
• Provide occasional customer service backup when needed.
• This role offers a front-row seat to a wide range of marketing initiatives, and we’ll support you in diving deeper into the areas that spark your interest

• Proactive in thinking ahead to what comes next to avoid last minute fire-drills.
• Confident in owning relationships with outside partners/vendors and taking initiative by bringing recommendations to the team for sign off.

Experience & Education

• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in CPG, brand, or events.
• Hands-on experience planning or supporting trade shows, brand events, or demos = major plus.
• BA required, Marketing or related field preferred.

Must-Haves

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events.
• Willingness to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Some weekend and evening work required during events.
