About this role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator and Digital Marketing Specialist to support clients with social media content, digital campaigns, graphic design, paid advertising, lead generation, email marketing, funnels, reporting, and overall marketing execution.

The primary responsibility is to create and execute marketing campaigns, develop branded creative assets, support lead-generation activities, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve visibility, engagement, and conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Design graphics, social posts, advertisements, flyers, carousels, thumbnails, presentations, lead magnets, and other marketing materials.
Maintain consistent branding, messaging, colors, fonts, and visual quality across all marketing assets.
Write captions, hooks, calls to action, email copy, advertising copy, and other marketing content.
Edit and publish short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising.
Build and maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and publishing plans.
Schedule and publish approved content across assigned social media platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and other audience interactions.
Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
Monitor advertising budgets, reach, clicks, leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Support organic and paid lead-generation strategies.
Assist with marketing funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, conversion paths, and lead-capture processes.
Support email campaigns, newsletters, automated sequences, promotional emails, and lead-nurturing workflows.
Maintain CRM records, marketing automations, contact lists, campaign tags, and lead stages.
Track key performance indicators, including engagement, traffic, leads, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign results.
Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and proposed next steps.
Research competitors, market trends, audience behavior, content opportunities, and design inspiration.
Organize marketing assets, campaign files, reports, templates, drafts, and final creative materials.
Manage multiple clients, campaigns, deadlines, and marketing priorities simultaneously.
Provide clear daily updates regarding completed tasks, active campaigns, pending items, priorities, and potential blockers.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, campaign calendars, deadlines, brand guidelines, budgets, and manager instructions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, email marketing, or campaign support.
Strong Canva skills or proficiency with similar graphic design software.
Excellent written English for captions, email content, reports, advertising copy, and professional communication.
Basic understanding of lead generation, branding, marketing funnels, and campaign performance metrics.
Strong eye for design, layout, typography, color, branding, and visual quality.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and online marketing tools.
Able to track campaign results and organize performance data accurately.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, platforms, and responsibilities simultaneously.
Able to work independently while providing clear and consistent updates.
