Marketing Cloud Specialist (Nearshore)

Job Description: Build omni-channel infrastructure, journey automation, and preference centers for client across three business units (CCRM, Virtual Clinic, OBGYN).

Key Tasks:

1.) Configure MobileConnect SMS short/long codes, TCPA/HIPAA opt-in/out workflows, and lead ingestion channels (Zoom, Eventbrite, web forms)

2.) Build 3 custom subscription preference centers (one per BU) on CloudPages to sync opt-ins/opt-outs with Health Cloud

3.) Configure multi-step Marketing Cloud journeys leveraging Einstein Engagement Scoring and real-time triggers via MC Connect

4.) Manage audience schemas, real-time suppression Data Extensions, and cross-channel attribution data flows (Hightouch → Salesforce → SFMC)
