About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, branding, and marketing administration.
You will help plan and execute marketing initiatives across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, websites, and other digital channels, while creating visual and written content that supports the company's brand, recruiting efforts, and sales initiatives.
This role combines digital marketing, social media, content creation, Canva design, and marketing coordination, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and organizational sides of marketing.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create and schedule content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Help maintain an organized and consistent digital presence across business divisions.
Graphic Design & Branding
Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design software.
Create brochures, flyers, presentations, recruiting advertisements, and promotional materials.
Maintain consistent branding across multiple business divisions.
Assist with website graphics and other digital assets.
Ensure marketing materials follow established brand standards.
Content Creation
Draft engaging social media posts and website content.
Assist in creating recruiting advertisements.
Help develop newsletters and promotional content.
Support basic video and multimedia marketing initiatives.
Adapt content and messaging for different digital channels and marketing needs.
Marketing Coordination & Administration
Maintain marketing calendars and help coordinate upcoming campaigns and content.
Update CRM and marketing databases.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Organize marketing files and digital assets.
Support recruiting and sales initiatives through marketing activities.
Assist with special marketing projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to create professional marketing content for digital channels.
Comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Canva or similar design software.
Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Experience supporting email marketing campaigns.
Previous experience creating social media, website, newsletter, or promotional content.
Basic video or multimedia content experience.
Spanish proficiency.
