ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Marketing Analytics & Intelligence to help build the next generation of our agency’s measurement and intelligence capabilities.
This role requires three core strengths: advanced marketing measurement expertise, the ability to translate analytics into business decisions, and proven leadership in building analytics capabilities and developing talent. The ideal candidate can connect media investment, consumer behavior, marketing performance, and business outcomes, then turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for clients and agency leadership.
This role goes beyond campaign reporting. You’ll shape measurement strategy, lead advanced analytics engagements, advise senior clients, manage and develop analytics talent, lead cross-functional initiatives, and advance our AI-enabled analytics and intelligence capabilities.
What You’ll Own
Advanced Measurement & Intelligence
Lead advanced measurement across MMM, MTA, incrementality, experimentation, attribution, and media effectiveness
Evaluate methodologies, data quality, and analytical outputs to ensure rigor
Integrate media, consumer, and business data to uncover insights and growth opportunities
Business Translation & Client Leadership
Translate complex analytics into actionable media, marketing, and business decisions
Serve as a senior analytics advisor to clients and agency leadership
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Media, Strategy, Account, Creative, and Technology
Capability & Team Building
Manage, coach, and develop analytics talent
Build scalable measurement frameworks, tools, workflows, and standards
Advance AI-enabled analytics and marketing intelligence capabilities, applying emerging technologies to research, forecasting, reporting, and automation
What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, media analytics, measurement, BI, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience with advanced measurement, including MMM, MTA, incrementality, experimentation, attribution and/or media effectiveness
Proven ability to translate complex analytics into marketing, media, and business decisions
Strong executive-level storytelling and experience advising clients and senior stakeholders
Experience building measurement frameworks and leading cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing analytics talent
Preferred Background
Ideal candidates will come from marketing measurement, analytics, consulting, or media organizations with advanced measurement capabilities, or from sophisticated in-house marketing science or analytics teams.
Experience with some of the following is valuable:
Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
GA4 and Adobe Analytics
CRM, sales, and first-party data
Identity resolution products such as Acxiom
Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, YouGov, GWI, Numerator, or similar platforms
Competitive intelligence platforms such as MediaRadar
AI-enabled analytics and workflow automation
Python or R is preferred, but not required. We’re looking first and foremost for someone who can lead analytical thinking, ask the right questions, challenge methodologies, develop people, and turn data into decisions.

Pay Range$100K-$150K
We recognize that every candidate brings a different combination of experience and expertise. As a result, compensation is determined individually, taking into account job-related skills, relevant experience, education, training, and other factors that contribute to success in the role.
