Market Manager - Nordics

Description

Guesty is the all-in-one platform helping hospitality businesses around the world automate, optimize, and scale their operations. We’re a fast-growing global startup that’s transforming how the industry works — from guest experience to business growth.

With a powerful suite of features and integrations with 150+ industry partners — including Airbnb, Vrbo, , Expedia, Google Travel, and many more — Guesty empowers property managers to deliver top-tier guest experiences while running more efficient, data-driven operations.

We’re proud to have over 900+ team members across 16 countries worldwide, all working together to build the future of hospitality technology.

If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global, and impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Market Manager to grow Guesty’s Mid-Market business across the Nordic region.

This is a field sales role for someone who enjoys building markets, creating their own opportunities and developing strong relationships with founders, CEOs and operators.

You’ll own the Nordic territory end-to-end — identifying high-potential hospitality and short-term rental businesses, building pipeline, running complex sales cycles and closing new business.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply work a book of inbound leads. We’re looking for someone who can get into the market, build relationships and create opportunities themselves.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow Guesty’s Mid-Market business across the Nordics, with a focus on Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• Build your own pipeline through strategic outbound, networking, partnerships, industry events and local market relationships.
• Identify and target professional short-term rental operators, property managers, aparthotels and hospitality businesses.
• Develop relationships with founders, CEOs, GMs and senior commercial and operational decision-makers.
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, commercial negotiation and signature.
• Understand how prospects operate today and position Guesty around measurable business outcomes — operational efficiency, revenue growth, scalability and consolidation of their technology stack.
• Sell Guesty’s wider platform, including relevant products across payments, AI, revenue optimisation, guest operations and other solutions.
• Build a clear territory strategy rather than relying on high-volume generic outbound.
• Represent Guesty at industry events, customer meetings and hospitality communities across the Nordic region.
• Work closely with Solutions, Product, Customer Success, Onboarding and other teams to progress complex opportunities.
• Maintain strong pipeline management, CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Bring market intelligence back into Guesty — competitor activity, product requirements, market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within hospitality, travel technology, property technology or another relevant vertical.
• A proven track record of winning new business and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
• A genuine hunter mentality — comfortable creating pipeline rather than depending on inbound.
• Experience owning a territory or developing a market.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to sell value rather than relying on discounting.
• Comfortable selling to founders, CEOs and senior operators.
• Able to manage multi-stakeholder and technically complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and CRM.
• Comfortable working independently and moving quickly in a high-growth environment.
• Fluent English plus a Nordic language. Swedish, Danish or Norwegian would be particularly valuable.
• Existing relationships within the Nordic hospitality or short-term rental ecosystem would be a strong advantage, but aren't essential.

What Success Looks Like

• You build a recognisable Guesty presence across the Nordics.
• You create your own pipeline, develop strong relationships within the local hospitality ecosystem and consistently convert those relationships into new Guesty customers and revenue.
• Beyond hitting your individual number, you become the person internally who understands the Nordic market — where the opportunities are, who the key operators are, what competitors are doing and what Guesty needs to do to win.

Guesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
