Mandarin Language Interpreter (English-Mandarin)

We are seeking experienced Mandarin <> English bilingual interpreters to join our network as independent contractors (1099). 

This position offers complete flexibility—you can log in and take calls whenever you're available, with no required minimum or maximum hours. Compensation is based on active interpretation minutes. 

REQUIREMENTS 

✅ At least 6 months of professional Over-the-phone Interpreting experience (required) 
✅ Knowledge of OPI interpreting protocols and formal training (greetings, confidentiality, turn-taking) 
✅ Strong English proficiency (clear pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills) 
✅ Reliable equipment: 

• Computer (Windows 10 or 11 / macOS 11 Big Sur or newer preferred) 

• USB/Wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not allowed) 

• Stable wired internet connection 

• Computer RAM: 16GB
