Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
- Engage in direct client interaction to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Acquire and manage tenders for monopoles & utility poles.
- Ensure timely deal closure and oversee the process from RFQ to dispatch and invoicing.
Marketing & Strategy
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote business and increase brand awareness.
- Develop action plans to boost order bookings and drive promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify target groups for turnkey projects.
Channel & Vendor Management
- Identify, appoint, and manage vendors and distributors across west Region.
- Handle depot and distributor operations to ensure smooth supply chain and service delivery.
- Sustain and strengthen distributor relationships, ensuring accountability and performance.
Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare business forecasts and action plans in coordination with the National Manager.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and targets, and take corrective actions as needed.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Conduct SWOT analysis to assess risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor in-and-out payments and ensure financial discipline.
Product & Stakeholder Engagement
- Obtain product approvals from private and government departments, including consultants.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, municipalities, utilities, and contractors.
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Leverage cross-functional synergies to enhance team performance and innovation.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the team and among channel partners.
** Education Qualification: MBA in Sales / Marketing
** Experience: 8 to 12 yrs
