This is what you move:

As Manager Media Solutions | Campaign (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and activation of digital campaigns for our key global client Roche. Your primary focus is on programmatic activations across CTV, Video, and DOOH. Based in the Media Solutions Unit Switzerland, you will work closely with Client Leads, Programmatic Specialists, local and international WPP teams, as well as publishers and technology partners.

• Campaign Activation: Independently coordinate and activate programmatic campaigns with a clear focus on CTV, Video, and DOOH.
• International Campaign Roll-outs: Support the execution of multinational campaigns across various markets, working closely with local WPP teams to identify the best publishers, ad inventories, and activation opportunities.
• Setup, Monitoring & Optimization: Campaign setup in relevant DSPs and activation platforms is in your hands, along with continuous delivery monitoring and data-driven performance optimization.
• Partner & Client Team Coordination: Act as a central interface with publishers, media vendors, and technology partners while advising client teams on feasibility checks and activation strategies.
• Reporting & Insights: Derive actionable insights from campaign reports and share best practices across involved teams.
• Processes & Innovation: Actively document and enhance activation processes, drive competency growth in Programmatic, CTV, and DOOH, and contribute to evaluating new technologies as well as international projects.

The following qualities distinguish you:

• Programmatic & Media Experience: Solid professional experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, campaign management, or ad operations – ideally within an agency, media owner, or adtech environment.
• Platform & AdTech Know-how: Hands-on experience with at least one leading DSP (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform) along with a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and adtech infrastructure.
• CTV & DOOH Specialization: Prior exposure to Connected TV (CTV), Digital Video, and/or Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), combined with an enthusiasm for cross-channel digital campaign formats.
• Organization & Project Management: Strong organizational skills, a structured and solution-oriented work approach, and ease in managing complex campaign workflows.
• Stakeholder Management & Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset for cross-market teamwork in an international environment.
• Language Skills: Business-fluent English (written and spoken) for daily international collaboration; good German skills are a welcome plus.
