Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Architects and Senior Solution Consultants who are passionate about business technology, automation and helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through the ServiceNow platform.

At Sofigate, we work closely with our customers to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities and turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers and our delivery teams see the bigger picture, make informed decisions and get the most value from their ServiceNow investments.

AI is already transforming how organisations work, and an increasing number of our customers are adopting or exploring AI-powered capabilities. Experience with AI, LLMs or ServiceNow's AI capabilities is a strong advantage. Equally important is your curiosity, willingness to learn and motivation to explore how emerging technologies can create real business value.

We work collaboratively, follow proven best practices and use agile methods and prototyping to demonstrate value early. Above all, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys working with customers and colleagues, and wants to help shape what comes next.

To sum it up, you’ll benefit from the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in architecture, solution consulting or senior technical roles.
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, capabilities and how they work together.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to advise and constructively challenge customers, explain recommendations and guide decision-making.
• Ability to see the bigger picture, identify improvement opportunities and support long-term platform development.
• Experience in solution design, technical guidance, testing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of AI, LLMs and their potential applications in ServiceNow, or a strong interest and willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Passion for business technology, innovation and creating measurable customer value.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customer business stakeholders, platform owners and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Design and guide scalable ServiceNow solutions based on platform best practices, long-term maintainability and customer business needs.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance to development and delivery teams, supporting solution design, implementation, troubleshooting and testing.
• Understand and advise on ServiceNow capabilities across different modules, identify synergies and recommend opportunities for further platform adoption.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing approaches when appropriate and explain the business and technical reasoning behind recommendations.
• Support the development of customer ServiceNow roadmaps, considering current needs, future opportunities, integrations and overall platform architecture.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging ServiceNow capabilities to improve customer processes and business outcomes.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new capabilities, platform developments and relevant technology trends.
• Support and continuously improve customers' existing ServiceNow environments, ensuring solution quality, consistency and sustainable platform development.
