Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Support Specialist with hands-on experience in FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, focusing on billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping to support smooth operations. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage billing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Record and reconcile financial transactions using FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with collections.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries.
Assist with generating reports and financial data analysis as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience with FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts support roles.
Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good communication skills for client and team interactions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries (a plus).
Familiarity with other accounting or ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
