About this role

Your BigLaw experience could earn you $140–$400/hour helping train legal AI.

Remote · Contract · No prior AI experience required

A legal answer can sound convincing and still be wrong.

You’ve spent years learning to spot the difference. The overlooked clause. The unsupported argument. The subtle distinction that changes the entire analysis.

That judgment is exactly what this work needs.

We’re seeking attorneys with experience at AmLaw 100 or comparable US law firms to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on complex legal work.

You’ll bring the expertise. We’ll put it to work on realistic legal documents, questions, and scenarios.

Requirements

What you’ll do

You’ll review AI-generated legal work, identify where it falls short, and show what a stronger answer looks like. Assignments may include:

Relevant practice areas include litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial contracts, data privacy, and cross-border transactions.

You could be a strong fit if you:

Experience creating review rubrics is a plus. Prior AI experience is not required.

Benefits

Why consider it?

Put your legal expertise to work in a different setting, contribute to how AI handles sophisticated legal tasks, and earn $140–$400 per hour through a remote contract engagement.

The skill that matters most is one you already have: knowing what strong legal work looks like.

Interested? Apply with your resume and a brief summary of your practice area and BigLaw experience.
