About this role

About this role

We're looking for a hands-on Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager to build from the ground up and own the full lifecycle of patient communications — from the moment someone considers enrolling, through their ongoing care, through re-engagement if they disconnect from care. Lifecycle communications are one of the highest-leverage tools we have to sustain relationships with our patients, and today that program is in its early innings. You'll be the dedicated owner: setting the strategy, building the campaigns that execute it, and defining the KPIs that tell us whether it's working.

This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing and product marketing: you'll build and optimize the product-adjacent automations that drive activation and retention, and you'll own how we introduce and drive adoption of new features and content. You'll be deeply data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning KPIs, creatively navigating a regulated healthcare environment where clarity and compliance matter as much as clever copy.
