At Kendago, we’re building a portfolio of health and wellness brands that help millions of people improve their lives.

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and own our lifecycle marketing function. You’ll be responsible for growing one of our most important revenue channels by creating customer journeys that increase engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.

This role combines strategy and execution. You’ll own the full lifecycle across our owned channels, from lead nurturing and abandoned flows to onboarding, upsells, cross-sells, retention, and reactivation.

This is a remote full-time position.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention Marketing, or Growth Marketing in a B2C subscription or DTC business.
Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, personalization, and experimentation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data.
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
Curious, proactive, and excited to build a function from the ground up.

Nice to have

Experience with consumer apps or web-to-app products.
Experience in subscription businesses.
Experience in health and wellness.
Familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Own our lifecycle marketing strategy across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and other owned channels.
Build and optimize automated customer journeys across the entire lifecycle.
Create segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Identify new opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and grow revenue through owned channels.
Run A/B tests and continuously improve messaging, offers, timing, and customer journeys.
Analyze performance and turn insights into action.
Work closely with Product, Growth, Creative, Data, and R&D to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Use AI tools throughout your workflow to research faster, create better campaigns, analyze data, and execute more efficiently.
