In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work
- Provide detailed and accurate nutrition counseling insights to support AI model development.
- Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments and review case-based scenarios for accuracy and relevance.
- Create, evaluate, and refine meal planning templates and recommendations aligned with clinical guidelines.
- Deliver clear, concise written feedback and explanations on diverse nutrition topics and client interactions.
- Assess and validate nutritional content for consistency with the latest scientific research and best practices.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators through written and verbal communication channels.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project protocols and data quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) license.
- Demonstrated expertise in nutrition counseling, clinical nutrition, and dietary assessment.
- Experience creating individualized meal plans for diverse populations and health needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Capacity to work independently and meet project deliverables remotely.
- Familiarity with digital tools and telehealth platforms is a plus.
