Salary up to £47,000


Due to growth within our Organisational Development team, we’re looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to help shape and lead our leadership development offer. You’ll partner with leaders and teams across the organisation to understand their needs and develop the right leadership, coaching and mentoring solutions to support our people and business priorities.This is a strategic L&OD role where you will work closely with the business to shape our approach to leadership development, while managing the Leadership Development Specialist and L&OD Coordinator, leading our coaching strategy and overseeing the quality and delivery of Priory’s ILM qualification centre.

This is a remote role, although you’ll need to be comfortable travelling across the UK occasionally, including occasional overnight stays.
