Lead Product Manager (Acquisition-Activation stream)

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Head of Activation stream) who will take ownership of the Acquisition → Activation funnel and drive conversion growth from ad click to first deposit.

Your Mission:

• Own the end-to-end Acquisition → Activation funnel (from ad click to first deposit);
  —Manage key product and business metrics within the stream;
  —Identify growth opportunities and launch hypotheses (A/B testing, data-driven approach);
  —Work with unit economics and monetization models;
  —Collaborate closely with marketing and align on joint initiatives;
  —Define activation strategy and align product decisions with key stakeholders.

Your Unique Contribution:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management (B2C), including leadership experience;

—2+ years of team management experience;

• Proven track record of improving activation funnel metrics;
  — Strong data-driven mindset (A/B testing, event-based analytics, unit economics);
  —Experience working with OKRs/KPIs, roadmap, and backlog;
  —Deep uderstanding of user acquisition channels;

—English level B2+.

Will be a plus:
—Experience working with high traffic volumes;
—Experience in iGaming and understanding of key casino metrics.
