Job Description: Lead Manager – Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing professional to lead campaign automation, customer journey orchestration, and MarTech transformation initiatives across global B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM-integrated campaign reporting, audience segmentation, and performance analytics, with a proven ability to build scalable marketing operations that improve engagement and support pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and optimization of global marketing automation programs across email, lifecycle, nurture, and multi-channel campaigns.

• Manage campaign operations across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo.

• Develop and execute customer journey strategies, audience segmentation models, lead nurturing programs, and CRM-integrated campaigns.

• Deliver data-driven campaign strategies and improve marketing performance.

• Train and support team members on marketing automation campaign setup, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance improvement.

• Use reporting, analytics, and campaign insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversion performance.

• Apply Gen AI and automation tools such as Clay.ai to improve operational efficiency, campaign personalization, and business outcomes.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, or MarTech-driven marketing roles.

• Strong experience working across B2B and B2C environments, with exposure to global markets including APAC and EMEA.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, and CRM-integrated campaign execution.

• Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-channel campaign operations and customer engagement programs.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing, sales, analytics, and technology stakeholders.
