Lead Java Developer with IRS MBI Clearance needed

This role focuses on leveraging deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver high quality applications.Responsibilities:Lead the design, coding testing, and deployment of enterprise level applications.

• Develop APIs, integrations, and front/backend services for robust software solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Act as the go-to-expert for application performance optimization.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Stay updates on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements:15+ years in software development, including roles as a technical lead for Java application delivery and integration.

• Proficiency in languages such as Java, familiarity with Pega workflows, Salesforce, MuleSoft.
• Deep knowledge of application development frameworks as required by the government.
• Expertise in Java as well as be highly proficient in J2EE, Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, workflow architecture, and container-based technologies (e.g. OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes etc.)
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership ability.
