Business resiliency is a major focus of this role, combining a strategic approach with rapid time-to-value delivery to support the organization's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events while maintaining critical operations and delivering for customers. This rolesupports Ensemble's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), business resiliency, and control architecture programs by helping connect enterprise risks, controls, evidence, continuity capabilities, and assurance activities into a consistent governance model. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management & Business Resiliency, the Manager partners across Internal Audit, Finance, Compliance, Cybersecurity GRC, IT Operations, IT Audit, Third-Party Risk Management, Privacy, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to strengthen organizational resilience, risk visibility, control alignment, and executive decision-making.

Approximately 60% of the role supports Business Resiliency including continuity planning, business impact analyses, tabletop exercises, after-action reviews, crisis preparedness, recovery strategy development, and resiliency governance; approximately 40% of the role focuses on ERM program execution and control architecture.
