Job Overview

The Key Accounts Executive will manage key customer relationships, understand client requirements, identify business opportunities, and support customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Act as a primary contact for assigned customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
• Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and payments.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records.
• Prepare regular account and sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in key account management, sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commercial and business development orientation.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems will be an advantage.
