You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

Key responsibilities:

Develops and implements assigned customers annual account plan(s) to achieve revenue target(s).
Actively support line manager in preparing and implementing market plans to achieve market revenue target(s).
Negotiates contracts with assigned customers in line of company brand support strategies and within the frame of allocated T&C budget.
Executes annual activities calendar and promotions with assigned customer(s) and provides feedback to direct supervisor.
Provides revenue and sales volume forecasts for assigned customer(s).
Monitors and analyzes budget spending on the regular basis, initiates corrective actions if needed.
