About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Junior Sales Manager to join our growing Commercial team at Playersbest. This is an opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the iGaming and affiliate marketing industry. You will manage an assigned portfolio of brand partnerships, support commercial development, and work closely with experienced Senior Sales Managers to strengthen your sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
The role combines hands-on partner management, commercial operations, and structured mentorship, offering a clear path toward becoming an independent Sales Manager.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of brand partnerships across multiple markets and verticals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships and ensuring effective day-to-day communication.
• Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure commercial agreements, promotional activities, and brand information are accurately implemented.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and expand commercial cooperation.
• Support Senior Sales Managers with commercial activities, partner onboarding, CRM management, and reporting.
• Assist with preparing commercial proposals, reviewing deal structures, and coordinating partner negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial agreements, partner communications, and operational changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure partner requirements and commercial commitments are delivered.
• Support compliance-related processes and the coordination of regulatory requirements across different markets.
• Work closely with Senior Sales Managers to develop negotiation, relationship management, and commercial planning skills.
• Gain practical experience in affiliate marketing, performance-based partnerships, and the commercial dynamics of the iGaming industry.
• Participate in performance reviews, commercial discussions, and portfolio planning.
• Gradually take on additional commercial responsibilities and greater independence in partner negotiations and account development.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in sales, business development, account management, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry, affiliate marketing, or regulated online gambling markets.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics, including FTDs, conversions, CPA, and revenue share.
• Experience working with international partners or commercial teams.
• Previous iGaming experience is not required. We value commercial curiosity, reliability, initiative, and a willingness to develop.
