WHO IS THE PRODUCT TEAM?
The Product Team is the creative and strategic engine behind the ASU+GSV Summit experience. We design and deliver the program of ASU+GSV, through curated content and experiences that inspire action: from high-production keynotes with global thought leaders to provocative panels, interactive workshops, community activations, and live product demos.
We bridge marketing, strategic partnerships, and community engagement to craft seamless, high-impact experiences for our attendees and partners. We collaborate closely with education leaders, practitioners, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers, and thought leaders to shape the conversations that matter most in “PreK to Gray” learning.
Our work is structured around three core verticals—PreK-12, Higher Education, and Workforce—but the real power is in what we call “the magic in the mix.” Program often develops across verticals, so every team member takes a collaborative approach. We lean in to build the right program for the right audience at the right time, staying agile to launch new programs and rethink existing ones as needed.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Jr. Product Manager to support the PreK-12 team at the ASU+GSV Summit. Reporting to the VP, Product and working closely with the Director, K12 Product, this role is about turning strategy into flawless execution. You will support in managing the details, logistics, and follow-through that bring the PreK-12 program to life.
Each year, 1,100+ PreK-12 leaders from 530+ districts and schools join us to explore the most pressing opportunities and challenges in PreK-12 education—from classroom innovation and educator support to school leadership, digital learning, and student outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with the Director, K12 Product to execute the PreK-12 content program, and collaborate with the SVP of Community, the VP of Educator Engagement, and the broader K12 community team to bring programming to life for our growing network of PreK-12 leaders. The role blends project management, program logistics, and cross-team coordination—requiring thoughtful collaboration, extreme precision, consistent follow-through, and a genuine curiosity about the PreK-12 landscape, including how AI is beginning to reshape it. That deep curiosity and eagerness to build understanding and discernment is what supports our team’s purpose: elevating the most cutting edge research, founders, and ideas, identifying the stars of tomorrow, and curating provocative conversations that push forward the most pressing challenges impacting the future of learning.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Jr. Product Manager, PreK-12 you will be responsible for:
Program Execution & Project Management
- Support the development and execution of the PreK-12 program under the direction of the Director, K12 Product—from researching emerging topics and identifying compelling voices to developing session concepts and bringing them to life at ASU+GSV Summit: ensuring that they are timely, relevant, and high-impact.
- Across the product team, we work with 850+ speakers and 200+ partners to curate more 300 sessions each year, in addition to numerous bespoke community activations and experiences.
- Supporting end-to-end program logistics: from speaker outreach and confirmation to session scheduling, run-of-show details, and final delivery.
- Track and maintain accurate program documentation, session details, and speaker logistics with exceptional organization. No detail is too small.
- Maintain the PreK-12 program calendar and pipeline, in coordination with partnership and community team to ensure a holistic approach, proactively flagging risks and dependencies
Partnership Support
- Support the Director, K12 Product and the partnerships team in coordinating partner deliverables and activations tied to PreK-12 programming.
- Track partner commitments and help ensure timely execution of partner-related program elements.
- Help prepare materials and briefs for partner program involvement.
- Partner closely with the SVP of Community, the VP of Educator Engagement, and the broader K12 community team to execute community engagement initiatives that support PreK-12 programming, in-person and year-round.
- Help coordinate educator engagement touchpoints—webinars, community activations, and outreach—that feed the PreK-12 content pipeline.
- Capture and organize community insights to help the Director, K12 Product surface emerging leaders, trends, and conversation topics.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for PreK-12 speakers, moderators, and partners—managing logistics, scheduling, and communications with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Support the Director, K12 Product in engaging PreK-12 superintendents, principals, educators, EdTech founders, and policymakers to inform program development and ensure content reflects the opportunities, challenges, and perspectives shaping the field.
- Use Airtable, Cvent, generative AI, and other tools to streamline workflows and enhance program delivery.
- Identify and test new technologies that can improve efficiency, attendee experience, and business outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of previous experience in program/product management or a similar role that requires excellent attention to detail and ability to translate from strategy to execution
- PreK-12 education or EdTech experience a strong plus
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You track dozens of moving pieces without dropping a thread, and you build the systems to keep everything on track. No detail is too small.
- Execution-Focused: You’re energized by getting things done—turning plans into action and keeping programs moving forward through prompt, reliable follow-through.
- Collaborative & Coachable: You understand that great program execution depends on keeping multiple teams aligned and are an effective team-player working across teams on shared projects and initiatives. You take direction and feedback well, and are eager to learn the PreK-12 landscape.
- Community Builder: You think about programming through the eyes of the people in the room and are curious about what will make a conversation useful, surprising, and relevant to different PreK–12 audiences
- Strong Communicator: You write and speak clearly and professionally—whether confirming a speaker, updating a partner, or briefing your manager.
