About this role

Should have problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
Ability to configure, monitor, and manage ERP systems such as Order Management System is a plus
Ability to do user training
Ability to conduct quality assurance testing
Basic knowledge in MySQL or basic SQL scripting

Computer Science or any IT-related course
Minimum of 2-3 year experience
Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc.
Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client
Knowledge on any service or helpdesk management system is a plus
Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently
Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user’s manual
