In this role, youll assist players with technical issues, account questions, and gameplay concerns. You'll be part of a collaborative support team, guided by experienced leaders and supported with ongoing training to boost your skills and career growth.

Youll stay current with game updates, launches, and brand info so you can help players get the most out of the games they love.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- You are based in Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Greece, or Serbia
- A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of the industry
- You own a modern gaming setup (PS4, PS5, Xbox One/Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a gaming PC/laptop)
- You're a quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills

- A dedicated, quiet workspace at home

• Bonus: Previous experience in customer support is a plus
