Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with a proven record in help desk support.
• Comprehensive understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to advanced technical issues.
• Proficient in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and committed to task completion.
• Eager to stay abreast of the latest technologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT principles.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in web development, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, or digital marketing.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.).
