Selected HR Trainee/Interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Source the required number of profiles to fulfill the vacancies, through different platforms.
- Interacting with professionals on niche platforms, and social media.
- Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements.
- Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
- Measure and HR Analytics report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill.
- Learn, manage and prioritise multiple searches for hiring projects.
- Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.
- Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines.
- Perform search, screen, shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Conduct telephonic or video interview of candidate sourced by the trainee

- Personal Interviewfor applicants in Navi Mumbai
- Virtual Interview if working remotely (only on laptop/Desktop with camera on. Not on mobile Phone at all) for out side Navi Mumbai candidates
- Training and assessment.
- Selected applicants will be offered a conditional offer letter, subject to completion ofthe assignments during the training.
- Assessment / Test based on online training.
- Trainees who are successful in the test, may apply for a Trainee - Talent acquisition Consultant Position.
- Trainees will be provided with a training completion certificate after completing a minimum of 90 days.
- Performance review and appraisal cycle every six months.
- After completion of 6 months, trainees will be eligible to apply for a full-time job. They can apply for leaves during their exams or they can rejoin after graduation.
- Entire cost of the HR training, assessment and certification is paid by Mintskill HR Solutions.

Requirements
Qualification required:Under Graduates or Post graduates.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or master's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field (Students undergoing education can also apply)
- computer skills

- Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
